Portland, Maine Knife Shop?

I will be traveling thorough the Portland Maine area next month and I think I remember seeing a note about knife shop in that area - together with a nice recomendation. Can anyone advise the location of the shop? Web site, if there is one? Thanks!

I have friends in Portland,last summer we went up for a visit.I went to The knife shop in Freeport,which is a short drive from Portland.Anyone in the area can tell you how to get there,it is where LL Bean is located.The shop is on the main road about a quarter mile from Beans.
