Hope this is the right place to post this! :)

So a couple things I guess. First off, I'd love to meet any of the makers in the area here and see what you're up to and how you run/operate your shops. But what I'm also looking for is for people to merge abrasives orders with possibly. I've only made one order so far from Supergrit and want to make another but my current order would make shipping about 25% of the total. If I have to just do it I will, but thought it might be nice to share the cost once in a while! :) live in the Vancouver, Washington area.

The shipping will be the same if it has to be sent out a second time. Have you tried Tru Grit in CA ? Frank
 
Not sure what you mean by second time Frank! If you meant in regards to shipping, I was thinking if others in the area combined orders and split shipping costs and had everything sent to one place and then met up and sorted out goods, it might be nice.

I'm being cheap and it might be more work than it's worth, but at this point I'm not making any money making knives (hopefully that will change soon) and my orders are small so just trying to stretch my dollars and get good belts! ;)

I loved the Bora-7 belts I had received from Supergrit, (still need to try the Ceramics I got from them) which is why I was thinking of going with them again. I'm using a little HF 1x30 so my selection is limited.

Any particular reason you suggest Trugrit?
 
Hey, I'll go in on belt order with you. I've only used some cheap zirc belts from HF and random AO belts. Would be curious to try some higher quality stuff. Also running the 1x30". I'm in N Portland near I5.
