Positive Customer Service Experience

A few weeks ago I contacted Spyderco about my waved delica. For some reason, it would not get razor sharp, like my Native, Para Millie, or Endura. It would get sharp, just not shaving - on my sharpmaker. Since it was the only knife I had that was giving me trouble, I sent it to Spyderco asking them to take a look, and if nothing was wrong just sharpen it up. It came back this week, with a slightly re-profiled edge and shaving sharp. Thank you Spyderco for the great service.
 
Spyderco has great CS. I had a d4w that was having problems with locking. Sal sent me a PM requesting that I send it in to him personally. About a week and a half later, I had a new d4w at my home! :D This is basically one of the main reason why I stick with Spyderco....great products and amazing customer service.

Keep up the good work Spyderco! :thumbup:
