Ordered a Leatherman Raptor from narescue.com ....On the day it was supposed to be delivered FedEx tracking changed my estimated delivery to NA. Upon contacting FedEx I was told that my package had been "damaged or lost", and that all they had was an empty box.....Long story short, I called narecscue.com , and they resolved the problem immediately. I received the Raptor the next day via UPS overnight (Saturday delivery). I couldn't be more pleased. Great place to do business with.
