Well that's pretty impressive. I've never had that kind of performance even out of s30v. Like you said, it could be the kind of cardboard. I'm talking corrugated regular cardboard that's used in shipping boxes. Some is worse then others, but they definitely abrade my edge faster then something like wood or veggies. Never made much difference if the edge was done by myself or professionally.
