Possible bug?

just wanted to let you know of a possible bug.

I tried logging in this morning and it wouldn't let me. It said my IP address was banned. As far as I know I have never even gotten an infraction let alone banned. I tried again just a minute ago and it let me. I was on the same internet in the same place so don't know what the deal was. Just thought I would let the mods know.

Sometimes this happens if you are using an IP that has been used by someone who's been banned, especially when they were using a mobile device
 
Trying to list in the exchange right now and getting a "blocked" message.

ETA: reboot seems to have fixed it.
