No experience have I. This is opinion, and worth what you paid for it.
They used to have a brick and mortar store in KY, and presence on the usual social medias. I would say this looks like another small shop that got taken to the laundry by quarantine policies. They're not putting any more money into gear retail, and the website is being used to liquidate their remaining stock. You're likely going to get what you ordered, but don't expect a refund if you're not satisfied.
