As some of you know I finally ordered a new Evenheat! Well Wednesday it arrives👍🏻 I didn't have the proper power hookup but by the end of the day I ran a new 220v circuit and a plug to match the oven, and ran its first program!

Yesterday was thanksgiving...... Need I say anymore??

Today a guy I know who's been wanting to buy a knife off me called and asked if I had anything. Of course I do! He says he wanted one for him, his son and his step son! I arrived at his house with the last 6 knives I made. Figured he could have his choice ya know!?! 20 minutes I left his house with a pocket full of cash and an empty knife case!!! He bought all of them! And placed a "standing order" for this time of the year every year! He was amazed at my craftsmanship and quality and never knew how sharp a knife should be😁 Then proceeded to order two more with "pink" handles for his daughter and step daughter! I was blown away which led to the best 3 days title of my thread! Just wanted to thank all you guys for the advice and help everyone give in this forum, you all have a hand in my finished product and I'm truly thankful for all your wisdom! Now, back to the grind⚒🔪🗡

A huge boost for anyone !!!!
I just had someone call with just a possible order to come. Even that can be a charger but what you got was outstanding !!!! Super !!!

Great work! I'm fairly new to this and have a question. How do you match up the radiused handle materials on the knife with the combination handle?

The "bolster" and "handle" were dovetailed around 45degrees. Then when you round off your handle it ends up with that round look to the joint.
