Aw, barongs aren't *that* weird. Take a look at some of the stuff Gil Hibben creates.

Where's Jim March with that "Rambotron Ninja Deathmonger" knife of his?? Good lord I love that knife! That has the most amazing "pucker factor" of any knife I 've ever seen!!!

Ya but Gil Hibben dresses like a Klingon on occasion, so I think he is psychotic...

weird knives he makes indeed, but amazing

Pucker factor.... how to explain...hmmm. ok, basically, it refers to the tightness of the sphincter. If you are really excited, nervous or afraid, it's higher (tighter). So...yeah. That's what it is.

All knives are created equal, then i get my dirty big hands on them and the real fun begins.

Pucker Factor is a saying from Nam, I guess you'd have had to been there. Imagine your worst enemy hiding in the bushes with an AK-47, pointed at your gut with the safety off. When your sphincter locks up you'll know the feeling of pucker factor.

Been there, done that.

Don't have the pics but a list

Jim March's Outsider
Gil Hibben "Alien" Gauntlet
The Palmahawk
Biohazard
Anything from Smoking Hole, Szabo Inc., and Berserkertec (sp).

Hey!

Smoke, would you mind givin me any more information concerning "Berserkertec" ??
Just the name give me the urge to check out their design...and especially since you've put them in the same line as Szabo Inc and Smoking Hole design!

Any information appreciated!

Here's a picture of the "Outsider" of Jim March's design. This is the knife that is the subject of the "pucker factor" sub-thread.

You could put nacho cheese sauce on it...

This is about the strangest looking knife I have ever made. It's made from a piece of 3/16" M2 die stock that was left over from a project at my full time job.

I left the profile as I found it. The flat grind was done in a surface grinder, again, at work!! I probably should have used something other than stag but this thread is looking for BIZARRE

It's razor sharp and would probably cut through just about anything, OAL is 11 1/2"

I don't have a picture but I've got a lockback knife with a blade that belongs on a bowie (about 9 inches long and 2 inches wide, something like 14" total length"). It may have come from UC, not sure, only cost a few bucks and is good for shock value

Neil, I like the looks of that one!

Someone needs to post a picture of Steve Ryan's Biohazard or one of the other of that ilk.
