William and Henry make some. I don't much care for their push button lock though.
Brian Fellhoelter at http://www.knifewerks.com/Available/sn_15.htm started making one just recently. I've handled one of his frame locks and they are top rate.
Bill Vining makes several nice Wharny blades also. I happen to own one of his and its a flawless little folder. http://www.medawebs.com/knives/default.htm

That 1st one is wicked sharp, but I'm not real fond of the chisel grind.
