How do I? ...post an inline pic that was uploaded previously?

I upload a pic to show it inline with my post.

Later, I'd like to post it inline in other posts. I found the pic in the Attachments link when I click my name at the upper right when logged in through a computer.

When I right-click "copy image address" it doesn't copy the jpg image address, but some web link.

...so I upload the same image time and time again, wasting space.

There's got to be a more efficient way than re-uploading every time.

In the first screenshot below, copy the link circled or click it so it opens the image and copy the link in the address bar.

In the second screenshot, click the Add Image tab and then switch from upload to link. Paste the link there then hit insert and you should be set.
