Not a big deal, but I have noticed my number of posts is stuck at 53 for the last while even after posting new threads.

Like I said not a biggie, but in the for sale forums It looks like some credibility is given to members who have higher posts in regards to their trust.

I am planning to upgrade to Gold in the next while to sell some of my knives and was just curious about how the posting thing gets stalled out?
 
Notice, please, that your posts are not "serial numbered." If you swim back through the archives and find your very first post, it will now indicate your number of posts at 55 even though it's your first post.
 
I guess that post counts mean something but I think that more important is your standing in the GB&U section.

Dang...I just now got another one added to MY "post count"...That was sort of a "freebee".:D
 
Its sort of hit or miss, sometimes ya gets one, sometimes ya don't. And then when they do server upgrades you lose a bunch, so bottom line is that hit counts don't mean a whole lot because none of them (over 1 at least) are probably too accurate.
 
Yeah, what they said. Actually, I'm just posting to get a cheap extra post count! :D

Just thought of a question that may be pertinent to this thread:

What happens to post counts when we switch over to the new servers?:eek::eek::eek: :(
