First off, I want to say that I not a evacuee and I did not have any property damage (this is not a charity sale). We lost power for a few days and had a bunch of broken trees, but the banks being offline for over two weeks really messed up my cashflow. I have spent every day since the hurricane working with our taskforce to get law enforcement and rescue personnel into New Orleans and dealing with all the people (both good and bad) has made me change my priorities a little and as a result I am going to clear out some of my collections to 1) fix my cashflow and 2) buy more useful items to be better prepared in the future for natural disasters.
1) SOLD Used Seiko Italian chrono with grey face and black subdials, on factory correct bracelet with all links. This is a big watch 47mm in diameter with 22mm lugs, quartz movement, 100m WR and the orange hand is the sweep seconds that tics in 1/5th second increments (uncommon on a quartz chrono). The subdial at 6 is seconds, at 9 is a 24hr hand that is slaved to the main hour hand, and at 12 is a 30min register. The domed mineral glass crystal has a few hairline scratches, and the watch and bracelet show normal desk divers scuffs but no deep scratches or dings: $180 SOLD Now $170
2) SOLD pending arrival of M.O. Used Seiko SNA487P Chrono, 100m, screwdown crown, 7T62 quartz movement and features a hardlex domed crystal and a tungsten coated engraved techymeter scale bezel. On the factory correct solid link bracelet. The crystal has a few hairline scratches, and the watch and bracelet show normal desk divers scuffs but no deep scratches or dings: $110 Now $100
3) SOLD Used Fossil Signature Aut-o-matic, 21 jewel Miyota movement, windable but not hackable, thick domed acrylic crystal, stainless case and display back. This is a pretty big watch and it has 22mm lugs and comes with the tan leather strap and a black NATO: SOLD $40
4) SOLD Used but unworn Seiko 5 SNK613K1, unworn, bracelet unsized, with hangtag and box. Very clean with a pretty nice integrated folded link bracelet. 7S26 21 jewel movement: SOLD $35
