I've had a couple transactions with Barry over at Post Oak Knife company, a US distributor of Carl Schlieper knives, and they have both been positive experiences. He happily and quickly exchanged a knife for me that had some fit and finish issues. On a second order I placed, it was rather large, he made sure that all were gtg. He always responded to my emails promptly.
