I just laid the blade on top of a piece of leather and traced the shape, then cut it out with an Olfa cutter, making sure to cut it slightly larger than the trace, I then smoothed the edge to fit using the dremel with the drum sander attachment, I then drilled the holes, wet the leather, then pushed it into place with a bit of force. This deformed the holes slightly so I re-drilled them once the leather dried a bit.
 
Here's my wrap with thanks to Tyr for the tutorial. Very secure and comfy.

I was able to get an excellent IWB kydex from Rainwalker for the SW and it works like a charm. He does fantastic work.

Gotta love those swamp wardens. I have given 5 away as gifts to friends and family, and everyone is amazed.
 
Well, as soon as I turned on the laptop it started some kind of diagnostic and I think I had stopped it a few times so I let it run. This Green Warden was on the desk and I had just tied an Orange lanyard of sorts on the new Spyderco VG-10 Ladybug and I grabbed the bundle of OD Digital Camo and figured I'd kill some time while the laptop flagellated itself. I grabbed a sliding bar Quick-Grip and anchored the Warden to the desk. It couldn't have taken more that 10 minutes to wrap it tight all the way to the butt so all there was to do was tie it off good. I made up something fast and BANG I had a wrapped Warden. I am amazed at how much better it feels in my hand! I left it in the Buy Brown Kydex while I wrapped it to get it snug up against the sheath. I had ordered the Digital Desert Camo but where ever I ordered from was out. I'm sure going to find some now and wrap that Muddy Warden! Here's the result, not fancy but functional.

Quick question, anyone ever tried a wrap on the Swamp Rat Ice Pick. I got some lanyards and was thinking about trying some sort of wrap. I thought I remembered someone saying somewhere that they had wrapped their RIP. Anyone care to post any pictures?
