Ray, you're such a showoff.

That thumbdisc is awesome!

Does the SF Clip get in your way, unlike the stamp version?

^^Thanks!

The clips are a hit and miss kind of thing on certain knives for me. I like how the stamped clip feels in general but the raised shield gives my index finger something to snag on without pinching the clip down onto my pocket making it harder than necessary to pull the knife out of my pocket. The brazed on shield can also give knives a more filling inhand feel. On certain knives, the edges of the shield can dig in in a uncomfortable way. The stamped clip seems to have better tension for some reason. Perhaps more to flex where the non-stamped one's with the brazed on crusader/dragon/etc make part of the clip itself stiffer and ends up bending if that makes sense. I like both but prefer one over the other on certain knives. the Tiger I'm neutral with in that regard. The dragon one felt the best so far on the average given what I have owned and tried so far as there are no sharp edges to the dragon. I like the Crusader for Wave action. Not sure on the darkness skull clips just yet as I have a couple to try out.

Thanks buddy! You summed up a good portion of what I was wondering. It's nice to have another perspective (even though, we're similar on a lot of view points). By the way, when you say Tiger, are you referring to the Lion?

^^I was referring to the Tiger knife. The Rampant Lion seem to be one of the more comfortable ones as the piece isn't that big and doesn't have really any pointy edges on it similar to the Darkness Skull or Dragon. Crusader Cross is the only one so far to have actually scuffed up my palm a bit working the knife through harder materials.

Got bored last night and decided to fire bronze the stainless hardware on my grail Tiger to bling it out some more:D
