Hey guys....really enjoy this thread and as you know I'm a huge Emerson fan......carried a Commander in the Military and now it's the only brand I collect and use. I love Emerson knives and their tough platform.....creative designs with amazing durability.....and I of course appreciate and understand the tactical usefulness of the rough black g10 that Emerson uses for their knives, but for an EDC and collecting purposes, I like to take their great platform and do see some modifications. Usually I'll add some sort of new carbon fiber, twill, micarta, or carboquartz material scales and then some matching anodized titanium hardware. They come out pretty nice most of the time......I've done a good bit of them and you can go back and see my posts with pics of the older ones I've done, but here today are:
