Every time I use my Milwaukee M18 brushless shop vac, I wonder how I got along without one. Just love it. Makes cleaning up at the cabin much easier.

I prefer the little bit ratchets manufactured by HI-FIVE myself.

FACOM, USAG, MAC, TOPTUL, ICON, WERA, VIM, GM POWERTORQUE, TOPEAK, CROM , KS TOOL, DEEN, WURTH, TONE, RUJIO, 711L, and the list is constantly expanding.
there are locking flex heads , box wrench style, stubbies, lots of forms.
I like them for the quality, and the low profile head with built in thumb wheel that adds very little to the height of the bit.

They can be recognized by the thumb wheel with a hole all the way through that says REVERSE GEAR 1/4 BIT, or 1/4 GEAR.

Here’s something I’ve been enjoying immensely for the last year and I find myself using it all the time, it’s in my EDC kit now.

A Hoto 24-in-1 mini screwdriver with some of the nicest fit and finish I’ve had on a tool, actually perfect for knife tinkering. The milling, magnetic slide “quiver” and quality is out of this world for $15 on Amazon.





I found a 4mm to 1/4” adapter and carry the rest of the bits I use most often, can’t imagine a more efficiently sized package until you step up to power tools. I’d love to find the adapter with a magnet cause the bigger bits aren’t retained but the smaller original set does click together nicely. And the cap spins on your palm smoother than a ratchet.

I recently bought this pair of Vessel power grip screwdrivers, and they're absolutely awesome.

The ergonomics are amazing, and best of all they don't have any awful rubber overmoulding to degrade and go bad over time.
That's one of the things I dislike most on hand tools, bi-material grips.

I've said it before and I'll say it again HI-FIVE in Taiwan makes the best bit ratchets, and there's a reason why they're an industry leading manufacturer that every reputable brand turns to for bit ratchets.
The list of brands manufactured by them is constantly growing and I've listed them far too many times to count.

Anyways I just received this new offering from the brand CROM.



I'm not going to keychain carry it, I was just interested in the handle possibilities it open up.
I can put it on this little handle I had previously pulled from something.

Or use one of my set screw locking CHAPMAN handles & extensions.

I believe they're discontinued now, but HJE has them for $5 and that's an unbeatable deal.
3/8" of tough American tool steel, you could destroy the handle if you hammered on it, but as a screwdriver you aren't going to hurt this thing.
Made 100% in the USA in Hiawatha Kansas by WILDE who you may know for their pliers and for their striking cap handled pry bars that they make for everybody from Hyper Tough Masterforce Channellock and Lang to Tekton and previously Craftsman.
WILDE is one of my favorite American tool manufacturers.

If you like Tri-lobe handles you'll probably love this one.



I don't think Harbor freight could sell a useless Chinese equivalent for $5.
