Post Up Your NEW Gear ...

Sweet looking knives, both of you.

I've been really enjoying this BHK MUK lately. It just does whatever is asked of it, and feels great in the hand:

I must say, I'm not usually falling over myself for the traditional patterns like the Nessmuk and Kephart etc, but that modern inpterpretation of the Muk is the most appealing one I've seen. Score  Kinda like Andy's interpretation of the Kephart with his Fiddleback Kephart (which I've been drooling over for quite some time...).

Speaking of Fiddleback, that's a nice one CL (or correct me if I'm wrong). Which one is it? Nice grind...

T, that's a nifty lil guy  Looks like a beastly wood carver. Off to look at specs...

Thanks, it really is an amazing carver. I'm going to put up initial thoughts and more pics shortly too

That is a Jared Oeser Alta Bushcrafter. It's a slicing machine.

Another new Oeser... framed tang Alta Bushcrafter with desert ironwood burl and full height ground, hand polished blade. It's nice.

WOW!! It's nice is an understatement; that's beautiful AND functional. The sheath too. Congratulations!

I hate this thread! So much cool stuff you guys are posting. Need to win the lottery!

Two packages waiting for me today, it's like Christmas! Brooks Cascadia's and GSO 4.1. Yay! I don't run, but the Cascadia is one of the best hiking shoes I've found, and I got a smoking deal on them.

never too late to start running :D I've been running of late w/ it's lighter brother, the TrueGrits

Well I occasionally jog on flat parts of trails. I probably should do it more, the fancy microbrews are catching up with me!
