I’m still waiting for my Cheetah Cub but I recently came across a yellow synthetic stockman with CV blades at my local Ace Hardware and I had a coupon, so… Anyway, there was a tiny bit of off center blade rub which took me like two minutes to correct. And that is the biggest flaw I’ve had to deal with after decades of buying Case pocketknives. Maybe I’m just not as discerning, but all of mine have been on point. I’ve even had good luck with Bear and son, buying them and giving as gifts. But 90% of my knives are users, and the few “vault queens” that I have are due to family/heirloom/sentimental type history, not because they are particularly valuable or rare, so I guess I’m not a good judge. At any rate, I think Case is generally top notch. The one time I had an issue from a knife I used professionally as a kid (my fault,) they repaired it without cost or question. Kind of like Zippo lighters…
