Yes it’s their pen. The “Assegai”. I’m not really a pen guy but I love it and the action is super smooth. I even write things down once in awhile now haha.

You can buy all sorts of caps to match your knife’s inlay.

Thanks for the explanation and pictures. Nice pen. I'm a knife guy but can appreciate quality workmanship in other things as well. Thinking about getting one.

If I had to compare it to something, it would be the Dozier Straight Personal with a heavier, more robust presence. The Boars Tusk scales just sing to me. AB finish on this package is well beyond their asking price.

I've been eyeing that exact one. Looks even better in person than I thought it would. Excellent score!

Hey Martin,

If I remember correctly, that was one of the first ones that the brothers designed and made. They were protos if I recall correctly and not very many made. I don’t believe they made it to market, but I could be wrong.
