That knife makes a fairly good cigar cutter FYI... and when you say... (ONCE THE KIDS GO TO BED THIS THING WILL BE HISTORY...) I assume its the cigar... not the knife... cause that would be sad if you smoked a Becker... but still quite intriguing.

Insert after removing and making it fit the blade mor snug.

Put the insert in boiling water to make the plastic pliable, mashed flat, put a length of duct tape to make it snug in nylon and installed. Makes for a snug fit on the blade.
 
Here is my collection of Becker's. I only got to hold my 15 for like 10 minutes while after I picked it up at the PO this am. I took it strait to Bsmith for Mods and dropped off my 11 as well to be modded and picked up my 2... :) needless to say I am happy with the decision to pick up the 15...
