Looks good. I convexed and then polished mine to a mirror finish, then let it patina. I dont care for the machine marks, and its cool how it still reflects even though it has all sorts of colors in the patina.
 
Thank you Psy! I bet that does look super awesome with a reflective patina. Put some pics of it up in the thread for all of us to enjoy.

Hahaha, you need sunlight brotha! I bet if you made sure there was no oil on the blade and got some sunlight on that blade, the colors would show nicely. Regardless, it looks awesome. What grit did you go with on the very edge? I only went to 1500 with the sandpaper and then did bare leather.

Warrior, I haven't been on Bladeforums much lately (for a number of reasons), but every time I visit I'm struck by the striking visual quality of your photos. Keep up the good work!

I have paper up to 2000 but I just maintain it with two strops one with red jewelers rouge and one with green that is finer. If it gets dull I hit it on an India fine stone freehand a few times then strop.
 
Dang Psy that sheath looks familiar. You can really see how you convexed it with the sunlight pics. Good work.
 
I finally got around to taking a Family Photo. All my Becker knives in one pic, except the one on my hip. Forgot to take it off my belt. :rolleyes:



 
I still gotta get a 4, a 3 & a 2 in the line up but I think they are the only current production models not in the pic.
