I recently picked up this BK9 and finally got to use it processing some large pieces of cardboard. What fun that was, I cant believe I've been using a utility knife.

The 1904 Bolo that is stamped 3rd Inf NCP7 I'm donating to the Infantry museum at Ft Benning/Moore in Ga. I did some research and from what I can tell the NCP 7 stands for northern command post 7. Definitely a WW1 used blade. Side note. The hospital bolo wasn’t issued to preform amputations that’s an old tale. Although it is quite capable. It was issued to clear trees and brush to make hasty field hospitals and litters.
