Finally completed (I think) the evolution of the BK11. Stripped, patina, handles and finally the sheath from Al with the TDI clip. We had a hiccup with the 1st sheath and the clip did not match up but Al being a great guy made one that's perfect. Seems like he has his own logo now but I had to flip the sheath to lefty so it doesn't show. Anyway while waiting for the sheath I was unable to carry it for the better part of a month. I missed this knife so much. It has become one of my all time favorite knives. Enough talking.

Very nice patina liveit. What did you use?

Thanks all! Just used vinegar and water (70/30) solution and submerged it for 15 or 20 minutes. Came out pretty even.

Got me a new BK-2, the TekLok fits perfectly once you drill out those three rivets that hold the lame webbing thingie.

If all works out I'll baptize the thing tomorrow when I head out to the woods.

so i guess i don't like coatings on my blades . funny to see them all together and realize there is no coating to be found anywhere...

WOW, Some of you have a lot of Beckers!!
I just got my first one about 30 minutes ago.
Here is a picture of it before I actually use it.
I'm sure you've all seen the BK-2 before so I took
a picture of it with my Wolf Creek Forge Hammer poll Tomahawk.
I have IPE Wood Scales with Blue Liners on the way for it.
