That's a real workhorse right there, lovin' it.

Here's a pic of mine:

beautiful background for that bk2 from way across the pond!

Is this taken from your house or on the resrerve?

My girlfriend at the time was over there for 6 months and took photos like this:

Thanks for the kind words.

The picture was taken from a family members house. We visited before I had to leave for work. However, the animals are not that tame where we tend to go.

Work can take me to some nice places:

These two we fed by hand after some major effort. I have a video of that :)

Had a flood last week

Sometimes, not so nice scenery

However, I really cannot complain, I have seen and experienced some amasing things. I only received my BK-2 a few months ago, though I cannot always carry it on me due to rules and regulations it is usually in my back pack in the car.

That one wasn't tame. It was tranq'ed LOL! I would LOVE to go, and if I get asked to again, I'm going to go. However at the time it didn't seem like a good idea.

Ha ha, well, if you decide to come, there is a lion breading program not to far from Johannesburg. Really interesting. I have some pictures of it on the home PC but dont know when I will be home again.

Here is their homepage

Here is a picture of one of the communities I did some work in. Though the scenery is not as nice, the people are fascinating.

I really like that choil, but I think I would shave down that finge rguard to be level with the scales. Seems like it would make the whole thing flow a bit better. I've thought about doing that to mine a lot.

I'm going to man, just ain't had time lately. I'm torn on jimping though? I don't think I'm gonna do any this time.

Here's my only Becker so far, but it will not be my last! So far I've stripped the blade, put a white vinegar patina on it, and replaced the stock handle hardware with stainless. And managed to cut a chunk of my finger off :D

Just have to crosspost this here from the Beckers and Boots thread, I love this photo!

These are my snow boots, they are very very warm and waterproof. Walking for hours in -20°C and 8" of freshly fallen snow is not a problem. They are a knock-off of the Canadian military's cold weather boots, and cost about 40€ here.

And no, I don't carry my BK-9 like that. Just for laughs here.

I had a pair like that a few years ago that got "borrowed" by a friend and never found their way home :( I wonder if he still has them
