brave man, brisket for your first time? if it doesn't turn out, don't get discouraged... I have been smoking for three years and I suck at brisket... I rule cooking pork butt and chickens...

Hickory smoked corn, with tenderloin dang tasty!!! Ribs gotta lotta ways so I threw on another tenderloin to go with my ribs lol

If you like pecan pie, I suggest smoking it in there as well. A cousin of mine did that and brought it to a get together a while back...it was to die for! I can't remember if he did it mostly in the oven then finished it in the smoker or just smoked the finished pie. But man oh man....!
