Post your Becker knives pics here

Based on the size of the skull compared to the BK20, along with the characteristic "dog catcher" tines (the points closet to the skull), I'd bet big money on that being an elk.

Nice rack, KingMC KingMC ! ;)

Seriously though, that is a pretty sweet find, and to those who are speculating that it is an elk skull, you would be correct. I wonder if the skeleton was a hunter's lost kill or maybe a big cat got the drop on it. Quite rare to find an intact skull like that, for sure.

Went on an overnighter, only had the two knives with me but used the BK20 for everything. Harvested some deadwood, split it and split it some more, it was great at fine work and heavy work alike; still the best Becker I’ve owned.

Sweet find! Bet that 20 is a hoot n a holler to use, too

Yeah, it was near a camp we've been to a few times, at the top of a little hill about a mile from the main road through the area, abandoned fire road up to the top. The skull was alongside the spine and a bunch of other related bones and fur, the legs were all about 30 feet away and spread out from each other, cracked open but not a lot of evidence indicating potential cause. The skull came home with us, it's not my aesthetic but it fits my camping buddy (@Captain_kukri) and his look perfectly.

The best Becker design out there, will do anything you want it to do. Sad that it's a limited edition because if it wasn't I'd think it'd replace the 9 like it did mine; the 9 is the King, but the 20 is the Emperor.

Thanks brutha! Jeannie loves this little fixie! I'm starting to grow a liking to it to after handling it for a few days!

Good to see you back by the way...;)
Thanks man. I think I should get a 16, and do a handle mod, that's long enough for my hand. Thicker in the forefinger area as well.

Ive carried this "custom" BK14 with modded tweener scales for about 4 years. Ive done it all with this thing, included alot of stuff you probably shouldn't do with any blade.

Ive taken this to hell and back and it just hums along, begging for more. Just cleaned it back up and gave her a good shaving edge. Ready for more punishment.

(on a side note, if any bros have some brown tweener scales laying around collecting dust...id like to make another one of these for a "cleaner" EDC)

Getting a bit of a recurve, with all the sharpening over the years. Still shaves.
