Got this knife W/ a bunch of older Camillus in a trade. I was told it was a special run for a Military team? #CAM1A1 and CAM /1 FXD 1/2 Scallop on the box.
Wire cutter has 2 points "ribbon" and "chain link or barbed" that fits into the sheath with a release latch and the sheath also has a diamond sharpener on one side.

Who had this made?
