Used my BK2 to clean these guys. The spine was ok for scaling them but honestly a spoon works better. Anyway...

No - I didn't fillet them. Heh.

I have that same Fenix flashlight. 300+ lumens out of such a small package is great. I often though about building an add-on to my BK2 sheath for it.

If I can ask, about how much does that Fenix flashlight run? How do you like it?

pd31, around $70. i really like the 2 lumens (lowest setting) for camping. i can move around camp without losing my night vision (i used to use a surefire 6p with a red filter for that). 304 lumens is insanely bright too, it'll light up the woods. on strobe, it's very disorienting but small enough i keep it in my pocket while walking the dogs at night.
