This is myxmas day action with my Basic 4!

My action was to cook this Standing Rib Roast, with a garlic and rosemary herb crust. No Busse involved, because I use real kitchen knives in the kitchen.

You know, you could see a whole lot more of the scenery if you didn't have that big stupid mountain blocking your view. (says the guy who is now surrounded by fifteen-story buildings in the heart of downtown Portland....ugh! )
