I like to travel light.

Phone, keys, knife and wallet.

Even my keys are basically 2 keys and a multitool. (Also tritium vial)

There quite a few edc threads and pocket dump threads already, you may want to do a search and post there, I believe you'll get more bang for your buck that way.

For me it's a

Taurus PT111
Crawford Framelock
Bud Nealy O1 Aikuchi
Sebenza Small 21
GEC Congress Jack
Surefire P6 with LED Drop-In
Set of lock picks, (had to use them for work and never stopped carrying them)

CCW: Steyr M9 in a Barsony IWB holster
Multi-tool: Leatherman Wingman
Knife: Kershaw One Ton, Vapor III or RJI depending on where I'm going.
Light: Various, but usually a Maglight XL50 or whatever model Ultrafire my wife gave me.

well, swapped the ebony 85 for a case texas jack
and swapped the mini-mag for a fenix eo1
but otherwise...

a couple of ink pens
small flash drive
flashlight- Fenix PD22
iphone 5s
folding knife of the day
wallet

I have experimented with carrying a second small knife but have very rarely needed it.
I have experimented with carrying a small multitool. I had some occasion to use it in my office so I just took an old multitool I had and left it in my desk at work. I occasionally carry a big multitool on weekends when I think I might have a need for it.

These are what I carry on my person every day.

- SA XD9 in a Crossbreed SuperTuck Deluxe
- Extra mag in a Galco pouch
- PM2 or BM710 or WH E10 (rotation)
- SAK Minichamp
- Black Diamond carabiner
- RMW shark skin wallet
- Kent comb
- Fenix E10 on the keychain
- Phone (not shown)

A Maxped Remora also goes with me with other "essentials" (e.g. various fixed blades, Fenix PD30, MP3 player, iPad, FAK, etc).

This. I will never understand why people pack so much gear/weapons/defensive measures just to go about their daily lives. Get a manpurse, dude.

I did a search for a complete EDC and couldn't find it, but know I did, my bad

I'm carrying heavy lately so today its:

1911 officers with 2 backup mags in my own gear. Schrade schf10 weak side.

Pockets cell phone, sch302 right pocket cryo2 rear left pocket and a bic.

Typically I carry some variations of that basic setup. Sometimes a smaller fixed blade and typically a single folder. I'm testing this sch302 though and not willing to give up my cryo yet since it is my normal carry folder. Though that said I live way out in the sticks and most of the knives see use daily for something or another. The Schf10 just got used to split kindling for my stove in the shop since I was too lazy to go out in - 20f weather to grab my axe out of the truck. Usually though I've found it gives me options if I get stranded somewhere further out than I'd like or need to go help someone else. Last weekend I had to go help some snowmobiler who got stuck about 5 miles in past the plowed road and in that case I'd rather have it and not need it;)

I'm another advocate of travelling light.

Knife of the day
Foursevens Mini 123 light
Occasionally a second smaller knife

I live and work in a very safe area of Orange County CA, so carrying a gun is both impossible and unnecessary. Plus, I'm rarely more than a 15 minute walk away from all my gear at home if I should ever need it.
