On a side note, can anybody recommend a double thumb stud for a large Sebenza 31 ? Not so much because I don't like the CRK one, but because I want to open left-handed too.

I prefer double thumb studs on both large and small Sebenzas. Not for Spydie flicking or anything. I prefer the balanced look of it and also allows left handed opening when you’re unable to use your right hand in particular circumstances.

I agree. Even if you are opening it two-handed, pinching double studs with your off-hand makes it feel sorta...elegant when you swing it out.

I use a kme 95% of the time. Convex fixed blades and some tanto points I freehand.
