Or, if we do not yet have favorites, they can help us narrow down aspects of knives we may prefer. This is the process I'm going through right now with my new Sabenzas; still need those other CRKs to be sure, though.

No glue/epoxy, they are just bolted on. Totally secure, but easy to swap out.

Still rocking the large on loan from @Kettleman. Been a pretty light week as far as knife requirements have been concerned, but I've concluded that I'll likely be adding one to the stable at some point.

We were down due to some clerical issues today, and it was the first day of school for the kids, hung out with the dog, watched King Of The Hill, and sharpened a bunch of steel.
