It’s OD Micarta. CRK had an issue with a run of OD G-Carta they did for a dealer. Turns out G-Carta that thin bucked and pulled away when it got warm or sweaty I guess. Anyway if returned under warranty CRK replaced the G-Carta with OD Micarta. There are not very many of them around And I feel very lucky to have one.

Interesting. Nice! I think i remember seeing a post about that some time back. Those will probably be worth alot one day.
