  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Post your CRK carry knife for today.

As I do with everyone who posts photos of an Inyoni, I have to ask your opinions about the sheath. I really want the knife, but I think I would end up having a leather sheath made for it.
I rather like the kydex it comes with. It has adjustable tension and, for lack of a better description, acts as though there is a ramp-type action as the hilt engages.
It’s very secure, but not a “pop” like I’ve had with some other kydex.

It’s low profile, which is fitting for the knife. But as such, I’m not sure it’ll work well with a tek-lock or G-clip (though I haven’t tried yet). I haven’t yet determined the best way to carry it.

There is nothing like a 31 in box elder. Truly stunning!
I agree. It is super pretty. I thought about it for something larger and considered buying a box elder damascus I saw. But, I worried about scratching it when on a knife destined for heavier duty, which is how I view the larger models. I'm glad I got it on the smaller Seb, though.

I love the box elder enough to accept its drawback of being delicate. It does well enough, though. I think most handle wear occurs in the pocket, rather than in use, unless you're butchering game with a folder. I have suede lined leather pouches for carry.
