I posted this one a while back, copying a similar picture by Pete. Case peanut, Craftsman small stockman, Zippo pipe lighter.

Here's one with just the stockman.

I keep my pipe lighter with my pipe stuff so I don't scratch it. ( thanks Elliott )

I always have these two items with me.

This lighter from Vienna Austria is handy, insert comes out can use like a match or candle.

My old Zippo bought at an army PX about 41 years ago. I had to confess that it's my woods and canoe lighter. The peanut and Vic classic are my edc everyday, as is the Fenix E01. The white stuff on the handle of the classic is some tub culking I haven't cleaned off yet.

Here is one I took way back when the peanut was new, and had not yet developed any patina on the blades.

I guess I have a few depending on the occasion.
These two seem to go together nicely.

My knife/lighter set
Knife: Case 62032 CV (Gift from wife)
Lighter: Zippo
Pipes: Petersons, Castello, Castello, Dunhill (Given to me by my grandmother {in-law?} They were her fathers.)

My Great-great Uncle's knife/lighter set.
Knife: Western 445 (found in his old garage)
Lighter: Ronson "Banker" (His initials and 1949 etched onto casing)
Pipes: Same

I need to find someone who repairs lighters. The Ronson doesn't seem as easy to replace parts as a zippo.
Also need to get the pipes restored. The Dunhill won't go together all the way.

Here is my boys knife along with my brass armour zippo. Also seen is my new lucky penny gifted to me by Jack Black. Thanks again Jack, the coin brings back good memories :)

I don't smoke but have always loved zippos since I was a boy. My uncle always used one and I thought it was the coolest thing. I got my hands on one when I was probably around 12. Wish I still had the old thing, not actually sure what happened to it. This brass I've had since the new year. I have one other black matte zippo that I've had for probably 5 years

Never without a Zippo :D:

That's one display, there is another, and a few smaller displays. I have some figurals too, and really like those IMCO's, very clever design. Plus I keep a peanut lighter in my bail out bag.

Love seeing all the Zippos!

Cheers,
Griff

Nice pipes. Unless there is something obviously wrong try a little pencil lead graphite on the Dunhill tenon. --Mike
