I am sorry to hear that. That is Elsie she is 7, she is my buddy, don't know what I will do when that time comes.

After selling my last house, I sold or gave away all my dogs [used to breed pit bulls] before driving back east. Now that I'm back in my new place for about 10 months, I missed not having any canine companionship so today I went out and bought this little guy. Named him "Satchmo" after the late Louie Armstrong. He's little now but won't be staying that way for long. His parents are both purebreds but mom is a Bloodhound and dad is an English Mastiff.

I'll join in. Here are a few pics of Lucky. I saved her and her sister from freezing to death one winter. We gave the sister away and ended up keeping her. It was one of the best decisions we ever made. She has really been a great dog. Shes laying right beside me sleeping as I type this.
