Received an email last week from one of the online retailers for an Inyoni I had on the 'notify me' option. Managed to snag one before they were sold out. The wait at Chris Reeve direct is still ~3.5 years. Here are pics before and after I sealed the micarta handles with a Kynar coating. Makes it a bit darker but also waterproof and grippy.

I picked this up second hand at a gun show this weekend.

It was priced a bit lower than I'd expect so I was/am a little suspicious. The guy claimed he took it in trade in a bunch of stuff and didn't know anything about it. It has a box, sticker, warranty card and the sheath is branded appropriately. The thing that gives me a question about it is it's birthday card says that its non-serrated.

If it's a fake, it seems like a very high quality one. The grinds are all perfect and fit and finish is also flawless.

Are there any good ways to determine if it's a genuine CRK product?

Well, it looks like this is a fake. I ended up selling it and the person that bought it sent it back to crk for a new box and birthday card. I received a message yesterday that they told him that it wasn't their knife.

I've offered to make it right. I don't think I'll have any luck getting my money back from the guy I bought it from though.
