Newbie, Probably the reason you've never seen the knife before is that the blade has been reground by me, and the the original FRN has been replaced with a G-10 handle from another Endura. I showed this knife to Sal at the Blade Show. He asked me if I were some kind of a knifemaker. I replied that my collector friends called me the mangler.

Hardly call that mangled. Too pretty.

So it is the first generation? It was given to me by another member, and he found it at the Washington monument in the late nineties. I have been wondering how old it is. I love it, my first fully serrated blade!

With the installation of a Super PID 2 on my high speed spindle I can now lower the RPM's AND not lose torque which lets me machine the low thermal threshold materials like Moonglow and CTEK without melting issues...! The first project off the machine was a ZDP-189 Delica with the heel & head modification, OD green G10 liners, black checkered G10 bolsters, and Moonglow. Not seen in the pics is a ghost jade back spacer...

Digging through the Spyderpac and decided to do a quick group photo. I've been trying to get down to 31. Just enough to fit in the pack with 1 in my pocket. So far I've sold 30 or so but it's difficult letting them go. May have to let some of the Enduras go next.
