^^ That shot really does the knife justice. Is that the Salt Saver or Rescue?
I've been eyeballing the serrated Tasman and Dragonfly Salt (also serrated), and I'd like to get one of them. This thing looks really cool too though. I have to imagine you're familiar with all of them, after seeing many of your posts now, lol. What's your take on a serrated H1 knife? Or which would be your pick? Not to highjack this thread completely.I just have to order my sister a pink Squeak in the next day or so, and I figured I'd grab one, too.
I'm actually not super familiar with much of the Salt line. I have that Salt Saver, which is great by the way, and also a Ladybug Hawkbill H1, which I carry often. I'm sure that Dragonfly 2 you mentioned looking at would be a solid bet in any form, love my other Dragonflies. I almost got a Tasman awhile ago but never pulled the trigger. Just recently got a BBS Lil Matriarch and really dig it so far, so that'll probably delay me wanting to pick up a Tasman now.
After owning and using the Saver I'd have to say everyone owes it to themselves to have atleast one serrated Salt in their carry rotation. I got those two knives simply so I could have a bit more Spyderedge in my carry options for supplemental blades, and the H1 SE does not disappoint. They are nice and light also. Carried the Salt Saver with me mountain biking today, and no worries of sweat or moisture effecting it.
