Just got my Maxamet PM2 and these beautiful blue/purp Metonboss scales, and this blue Lil Matriarch (which is the sharpest out of box Spydie I've had) to add to my reverse-S collection!! Amazing! I wanna put some wooden flower scales on the Maxamet as a forever-cutting gentleman folder, and put a tougher steel on the Titanium, but I am at a loss which between BD1N, S45, REX 45 and Cruwear! Maybe I need two Cruwear blades! Any rec is helpful.

Sorry to revive an old comment, I cant seem to find weight descriptions for metonboss scales! Do they seem average to all other titanium scale weights for pm2?

Oh yes, quite normal, it weighs hardly more than a normal PM2, no significant weight gain.

adding to my spyderco collection venturing into the native family. Recent additions, Native 5 Salt and Native Chief below.

Native 5 Salt is the first back lock I've owned, very difficult to finger flick not sure it that's just how it's made or if it just needs some break in time. Regardless both are very good in hand, love the ergonomics. I generally don't like coated blades as much but I've found Spyderco's DLC to be very durable. I have a para 3 lightweight that is my go to cardboard cutter and it hasn't worn off yet after 6 months of weekly use.

I started my collection with Benchmades, and slowly added other manufacturers. well not slowly, I've only started two years ago and already have a decent collection. I'm really finding that spyderco quality control is 100% spot on consistent.

Lil Temperance 3. Don't really see a lot of these out in the wild which is a shame. Awesome knife. Feels like a fixed blade. Hated the factory pocket clip so I designed an adapter to use the deep carry wire clips. I see from the recent Reveal 11 that they're releasing a LW version of this soon though so maybe the platform will get some more love.
