The Bradley mod. Easier to use now. Really like the D-Fly, beautiful scales for a factory blade!

Whats the "Bradley mod"?

The factory Bradley has the Spyder hole partially covered by the liner & scale on the side. If you look at a "normal" picture, the scale looks almost straight along this side, just a slight dip for the finger grip. I took the liner & scale off and re-ground this area to make it easier for my fingers to access this part, easier to open and close now as I'm getting older and have arthritis setting in now. Here's a picture of the side, blade open, prior to the change.

Warning! This mod will void your warranty, as taking apart the knife is a big no no with Spyderco. I'm not too worried about it as the only concern I have with this knife is a "user error" situation. The fit, finish and workmanship on this one is great from the factory.
