It's a Michael Walker with the Almite coated handle. There were quite a few versions of this design that I can think of off the top of my head, from a plain black LW version in FRN, and 2 different carbon fiber versions, one produced in Japan, and the other being a high dollar collector one manufactured by Klotzli.
