Wow, that's a nice size hen of the woods! I've only been finding chunks about half that size around here...

It's been a couple of years since I've found a good chicken of the woods and this one was a complete surprise. I camouflaged the knife to help sneak up on lobster, chicken, and chanterelle mushrooms. It seems to be working.

Curious why you use sign HUGE zip ties and nuts to wave your Spydercos?
I use much smaller ones on mine and the wave open every time. What's the reasoning here?
