This has happened before in other pics, I myself had to check it: just G10, and a trick of the light, though. The fact that this illusion has happened before makes me wonder if the texture on the G10 isn't different, perhaps another height, cut or roughness. But in the hand, it just looks and feels like standard G10.

It's probably because of the angle, and light the camera can't register the small pattern in the G10 and some of the parts get put together. Several pictures of my Para have come out that way, while at the same angle and with the same lighting, Benchmade's G10 doesn't look like that (different pattern).

Just a guess as these digital camera things are still a mystery to me sometimes.

Such a great knife. I finally have a decent camera that does it some justice.
 
Is that some kind of expensive cool noise maker on your bike there :D:thumbup:
