Happy Saturday!

I'm looking for a new wharncliffe folder with the blade in the traditional half-moon shape, but I haven't made a final decision yet. Can you guys recommend one?
I'd like it to have a 3" or shorter blade, frame-lock if possible. Ti handle is a plus!

I like the look of the Brous SSF, so something similar to that?

Actually the words Titanium and Frame Lock sort of disqualify it from that forum. The term "Traditional" in this case would be a knife like your father or grandfather would have carried, made from traditional materials (bone, horn, acrylic, wood, etc). Quickly browsing that area will reveal the kind of knives that are considered as traditional. A Brous SSF is not a traditional folder, it is a modern design, made of modern materials, it qualifies as "tactical". A Schrade LB7, BUck 110, Pretty much anything made by GEC, Case, Victorinox will be considered traditional (non tactical).
 
By "traditional", I meant the shape of the blade. I see a lot of wharncliffe blades that have weird shapes on the top of the blade, which is not what i'm looking for. I've edited the title.
 
Finding a true(er) Wharncliffe blade is a tough proposition. Most all the ones I've seen have some sort of design implemented at the spine of the blade. Nothing that I would consider fancy or extravagant, but design is what sells knives as much as steel and warranty. What comes to mind is the Spyderco Rescue knives in H1. While no Titanium or frame locks, the back locks are plenty strong, and they will never rust.
 
Spyderco Kiwi 4, Centofante 4, and Urban, Kershaw Leek are wharncliffes and meet the blade length criteria but they aren't framelocks and not sure if Leek has a Ti handle version.

Only wharncliffes I own are the Centofante 4 and a Boker Wharcom. Both are great knives.

I just got the Brous SSF yesterday in black G10/stonewashed. 985/1000.
Love everything about it except maybe the lack of detant. Basically a gravity powered flipping mechanism, though it's so light it doesn't require much force.
I'll be carrying it around to get a better feel for it.

For around the same price point, I can't recommend the Spydie Yojimbo 2 in carbon fiber/s90v enough. That knife is immaculate

That's odd, my SSF in carbon fiber has a very strong detent, which works great. I agree with the Yojimbo comment, even if it doesn't have the traditional half moon shape.

I would have one made by the Knifemakers that we have here in the Knifemakers section under folders. There is some very nice examples of their work.

I like my Hinderer XM18 3" fits most of what you asked about except the blade shape on top

There are a lot missing, but, I love wharnies and sheepsfoot knives.
