Pics before this sub is shut down.

Someone asked about a week or so ago about polishing G-10
so I thought I would give it a go on one of my RAM's.

I know the pics suck but it really looks slick as hell in person.
You guys know I suck with a camera.

You're right, we do all know that you suck with a camera, but that REALLY does look good. It's like the RAM has been around as long as the Random Task! I like a bunch. Now I wanna do one too, of course!! How much cancer did you inhale during this project

None. I did all but the final polish at the sink with wet/dry sandpaper.
300-600-1200-2000 grit, then polishing compound with the dremel.

I was thinking of doing that with my DAMSkyline but thought better of it for fear of making the grips too slick. I'm giving it second thoughts now.

Are they scales as slick as the ones of the Shallot are do they still have a little grip?
