pouch for small pocket knife?

Hi..I recently purchased a sog mini gentleman (2 1/2 " closed) and love it. Does anyone know of a cloth or leather pouch to protect it in my pocket. Would a Sack up individual be ok?

Take a look at Chris Reeve Knives and William Henry Knives. Both make nice pocket pouches. CRK's are more supple than WH; however, the WH has a clip attached to the pouch which some really like.

I have a couple of the 'kangaroo pouches' as well and they work as advertised.

The WH Clipcases are extremely nice and not expensive.

If you'd opt for the WH-clipcase, be sure to get the 05-size model.
I have the case with the corresponding knife and it IS nice, but your knife will still probably all but disappear in the case. Depends on how thick it is, too; the WH 05's are quite thin.
