So here you have it, doing the unthinkable because I was on a quest to release what I believed to be hidden potential (or I was just OCD about some issue I had with the handle). It didn't go exactly the way I expected and along the way I was at times nervous, weary, surprised, excited and fearful, but in the end I feel like I have been inside Lokendra's head and seen through his eyes and this knife means so much more to me now. As I was using the knife to fix the carvings there were so many moments, where I could see exactly what Lopkendra was seeing and understood what he must have been thinking.
Lokendra (the leaf Kami) is extremly talented (as are all the HI kamis). As Ferris Bueller would say, "These blades are so choice! If you have the means, I highly recommend picking one up."
